Rental policies
Clear terms, no surprises
The same clarity the big rental companies offer, kept simple because it's just me and one car. Anything unclear — ask before you book.
Free cancellation
Cancel up to 72 hours before pick-up for a full refund of the rental fee. Cancellations within 72 hours are charged one day's rental (€45).
Security deposit
A €200 refundable deposit is held in cash or by card at pick-up and returned in full at drop-off once the car is checked over together.
Damage & insurance
Fully comprehensive insurance is included with a €300 excess. Damage up to €300 is covered by the deposit; anything above is covered by the insurance. Tyres, glass and the underbody are included.
Driver requirements
Driver must be 21 or over and have held a valid licence for at least 1 year. EU licences accepted; other licences need an International Driving Permit. Manual transmission, you must be comfortable driving one.
Fuel policy
Full-to-full. The car comes with a full tank and should come back the same way. Otherwise fuel is charged at pump price plus €10.
Unlimited mileage
Drive as much as you like within mainland Greece. The car isn't available to travel outside Greece.
Smoking & pets
No smoking in the car. Small pets are welcome in a carrier — just let me know in advance.
Late return
A grace period of 1 hour applies. After that, an extra day is charged unless we've agreed otherwise in advance.
Accidents & breakdowns
24/7 roadside assistance is included. In any accident, call me first and then the insurance hotline in the glovebox, I'll handle the rest with you.
Full rental terms are sent with your booking confirmation and signed at pick-up.
