Booking terms

Sending a request through this website — on WhatsApp or by email — is an enquiry, not a confirmed reservation and no payment is taken at that moment. I check the dates personally and reply to you. Your stay is confirmed only after I reply to confirm it and we agree the payment.

The calendar on this site reads my live Airbnb availability. It is accurate at the moment you look at it, but a booking can arrive on another platform in the meantime, so availability is always reconfirmed by me before a stay is final.

Prices are shown per night in euro and include the apartment as described. Any car rental, airport transfer or tour added to a booking is shown as its own line in your total. Payment is arranged directly with me; there is no platform service fee.

Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is until 11:00. An earlier arrival, a later departure or dropping your luggage off is possible when we agree it in advance.

A confirmed stay can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. Within 7 days of arrival the first night is charged. If you need to move your dates, message me — when the calendar allows it, I will simply move your stay.

The apartments are non-smoking and are for the number of guests agreed in the booking. Quiet hours are respected out of consideration for neighbours, and parties or events are not allowed. Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal use.

Both studios are registered short-term rentals. Guest name and identification details are collected for the stay declaration required in Greece, and are used for nothing else.
