Only what you choose to send with a booking request: your name, the dates you want, the number of guests, any car rental, transfer or tour you add, and the message you write. If you fill in the optional guest details, that also includes your full legal name and an identification number — a passport or ID number, or a Greek ΑΦΜ and ID number.

To reply to you, confirm your stay, arrange the car or the transfer, and to file the short-stay declaration that Greek law requires for a registered rental. Nothing more.

When you send a request it opens WhatsApp or your own email program, so the message travels as a normal chat or email to +30 698 501 4006 or pantelhsparaskevopoulos@gmail.com. This website itself does not store your booking details and no account or password is needed.

Nobody. Your details are not sold, rented or shared for marketing. They are passed on only where the law requires it, such as the guest declaration for the Greek tax authority.

Booking messages are kept while your stay is being arranged and for as long as tax and accounting rules require afterwards. Beyond that, ask me and I will delete them.

The calendar on this site reads availability from my own Airbnb calendar so you see free nights. It does not read anything about you.

You can ask me at any time what details I hold about you, ask me to correct them, or ask me to delete them. Write to pantelhsparaskevopoulos@gmail.com and I will answer personally.
